Pretty things of adornment from Baublezptoa

Baublezptoa on ArtFire.com creates beautiful jewelry from beads, gemstones, and precious metal clay. Her biography reads: "When I finished high school in Richmond, Va. and began taking accounting courses and working during the day, I used to walk around the block from where I worked to the only bead shop in town, and the only one in existence that I knew then. It was a hippie time of life and stringing beads for necklaces, bracelets and earrings to give to friends and family was just the thing, and I was enthralled with all of those beads!
Well the bead store closed, I no longer had a bead source and I really had to keep my head down with classes and work. Years later, on vacation I found another bead shop in Colorado. Oh Oh. but nothing serious happened until I left Corporate America to try a different approach to life.
So I learned about beads, and the history of them, trade beads, and what they meant, ancient beads and their values, vintage beads, and then gemstones and silver, then silversmithing, and more classes and lots of creativity, or so I thought until I discover Precious Metal Clay.
That is my medium of choice and I can still use beads and gemstones,! I have since gotten Precious Metal Clay Certification, and have many ruined blobs of silver behind me. Cheyenne Star Studio, on Artfire.com creates beautiful, handmade metal art jewelry.  Each piece is one-of-a-kind and handcrafted with only the finest components; metal, wire, gemstones, & glass, many of which have been handmade by the artist. Many pieces are made with recycled and found objects keeping waste to a minimum. Personalized and custom order items are a specialty - photo/image etched metal designs, special words, names, birthstone jewelry, Mommy Bracelets, wedding designs, plus support-awareness pieces.  She is a self-taught metal/silversmith and has been designing jewelry for the past 7 yrs. She has a background in Architecture and Interior Design, yet has always been drawn to hands-on art. Prior to jewelry design she mostly worked in fiber; quilting, needlework, and paper crafts.  All of her metal work is crafted by hand, from cutting and sanding to forming and finishing. Hi, my name is Margo. Artistry and creativity are in my family genes and these genes have been passed onto me.
My creativity has many faces-- macrame, stained glass, knitting, crocheting, needle point, stenciling, faux painting, and a lot more. Jewelry design and creation is a fairly recent creative endeavor of mine.
This September I began my 5th year of designing and making jewelry-- I love to sell at craft fairs and have a number of my pieces in local boutiques and bridal stores. I also started selling on line this past August which has opened a whole new world for me.
My passion for creating new pieces of jewelry is constantly blossoming. There is still so much more to learn and so much more to create.
