October means The Smooshers Maquerade Clay Ball is back!

It's October, and that means it's time for the Polymer Clay Smooshers Guild's Masquerade Clay Ball again!  This year we're doing it a little differently, and allowing the public to enter masks as well.  Last year's Masquerade Ball really brought out some amazing masks from every one who entered.  I was truly amazed at the variety and creativity shown by my fellow Smooshers!  It was the first time many of us (myself included) had tried our hand at sculpting a mask.  I have to say, the results were phenomenal! And I have to also thank Star and the entire guild for inspiring me to try something new.  Just seeing everyone's masks made me want to create more myself!  Below are some of last year's entries.  I have a feeling that this year will show even more variety and beauty in everyone's masks.   I really can't wait to see what everyone has created!  Stop by the Smoosher's Blog to read more about the Masquerade Clay Ball, and find out how to win prizes.  So far I've seen everything from wearable masks, to wall decor, to jewelry, buttons, beads, and more!
